Energy reading interactive class!

Where: Zoom
Duration: 3 hours
Cost: $50.00
Occupancy: Max 7
Objective: Learn to read energy! This will be helpful with intuition in your own life, or as a foundation for psychic & mediumship reading.
Class type: This will be an interactive class, meaning learning & practice in a small group setting over zoom. This is geared towards beginners but can be helpful for anyone wanting to work on their fluency of the unseen world around us.
How to prepare: Show up with a notebook and pen! You'll want to take notes.
Additionally, the body is our channel so we should have it in the best condition as possible. However don't let that discourage you because I still drink soda and candy & i seem to do alright, lol. When prepping to read energy make sure to drink tons of water, possibly some electrolytes, and take your vitamins because the minerals are fuel! Do not show up impaired by drug and alcohol unless it's a prescribed medication. Tons of caffeine isn't helpful either. A light meal before of fresh fruits and veggies seem to be the best. If you want to take it a couple steps further i recommend showering and washing your body with salt that morning. Any salt is fine but I think sea salt is best! & essential oils seem to help raise your energy as well. Frankincense & peppermint are my go-tos. Other than that just show up with an open mind!
